Mr. Sani is the founder of Sani Law. He has extensive experience litigating single-plaintiff and class action employment lawsuits involving wage theft violations, retaliation, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination.
Mr. Sani has been selected to Thomson Reuters’ Super Lawyers list in the practice area of Employment Litigation for the years 2021-2024, a distinction reserved for the top-rated attorneys in California in specific practice areas.
Mr. Sani also serves as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where he has taught courses in Employment Discrimination Law and Contemporary Issues in HR Compliance.
Prior to founding Sani Law, Mr. Sani practiced employment law for several years at Littler Mendelson, P.C., the largest labor and employment law firm in the country. During his time at Littler, Mr. Sani represented small, medium, and Fortune 500 companies in single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits, including in jury trials, bench trials, and appeals. Mr. Sani’s valuable knowledge of the strategies and tactics used by companies to defend against employment lawsuits helps him effectively advocate for his clients.
